Sick Day

It has been a rough week. I got sick Sunday, missed the snow, and have now watched 78% of all of the Christmas movies that have ever been produced. Each day I’ve felt a bit been better, and today I just needed a break from small town holiday romance. I thought “New Girl” would be the perfect break, and found it on Hulu.

My TV says we aren’t subscribed to Hulu.  Yet 12.99 is deducted from my bank account every month for a Hulu subscription thru Amazon Pay

I have a personal Amazon prime account and a few months ago I got an Amazon prime account for the Rescue, so now I have two (2) Amazon prime accounts.  It is hard to tell which account is which, but that is separate from the fact that, I can’t find any place on either account where you can access what you pay with Amazon Pay.

This morning I stumble upon a spot to set up a call with an amazon rep.  I talk to someone who speaks english as their primary language and she shows me how to link my 2 accounts, pay 1 membership fee, how to figure out which account I am on, AND where I can access subscriptions paid with Amazon Pay.  Positive interaction and I gladly take the win.

I decide the best option is to cancel my existing invisible Hulu subscription and start fresh.  Well Hulu is owned by Disney which long story short means I need to create a Disney account, download and set up the app on both my phone AND Tv, with lots of security codes sent different places to assure no one but me can watch Dumbo.  Then when its all set up, and you go and click on the Hulu link on your new Disney account, nothing will happen, so then you’ll have to go BACK again, and download and set up the Hulu app on both your phone AND tv.  Keep in mind however, that your phone and TV will update at completely random timelines, so logging in and out of every account you have ever made, will be required before you can finish the entire process.

So now the entire morning has passed but guess who has New Girl on !!!
