🌺Summer Sound Bath at Muddy Paws Farm

🌺Join us August 28 for a Full Moon Sound Bath — an evening of soothing sound, quiet reflection, and gentle release under the light of the full moon.

We’ll gather outdoors, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the farm, beginning as the sun starts to lower in the sky and moving into stillness as daylight fades and the moon rises.

The evening will begin with a guided meditation to help you settle your mind and body, followed by an immersive sound bath designed to support deep rest, nervous system reset, and gentle release.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to unwind in a calm, natural setting.
