About

šŸ Join us November 6th, for a Moon Lit Sound Bath — an evening of soothing sound, quiet reflection, and gentle release under the light of the moon.

We’ll gather outdoors, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the farm, beginning as the sun starts to lower in the sky and moving into stillness as daylight fades and the moon rises.

The evening will begin with a guided meditation to help you settle your mind and body, followed by an immersive sound bath designed to support deep rest, nervous system reset, and gentle release. The soft glow of the hanging lights and the fire pit will create a magical and relaxing evening.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to unwind in a calm, natural setting.
