I the undersigned have read and understand, and freely and voluntarily enter into the Release & Hold Harmless Agreement with MUDDY PAWS FARM RESCUE INC., understanding that this Release & Hold Harmless Agreement is a waiver of any and all liability(ies).
I understand the potential danger that I could incur in visiting, petting, feeding, and interacting with farm animals: including, but not limited to, any interaction with Horses, Steer, Mini Horses, Donkeys, Goats, Chickens, Ducks, Geese, Turkey, Pea Fowl, and other types of animals.
Understanding those risks, I hereby release that the Company, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and anyone else directly or indirectly connected with Muddy Paws Farm Rescue, from any liability whatsoever in the event of injury or damage to any nature (or perhaps even death) to me or anyone else caused by or incidental to my electing to come in contact with any animal owned by Muddy Paws Farm Rescue.
I understand and recognize and warrant that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, is being voluntarily and intentionally signed and agreed to, and that in signing this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement, I know and understand that this Release and Hold Harmless
I further voluntarily agree and warrant to Release and Hold Harmless this (these) farm animal professional(s) from any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any incident caused by or related to said farm animal professional(s) negligence, relating to injuries known, or otherwise not herein disclosed; including, but not limited to, injuries, death or property damage from contact with; or my failure to understand any farm animal professional(s) directions relating to my interaction or contact with, or lack thereof, of any farm animals I am with.
